Bookkyby GCDS

How you get it

A website with the booking system already in it

Bookky is not a plugin you install or a subscription you bolt on. It is built into the site Green Candle Digital Studio makes for you, so booking works from launch day.

Why it is not a plugin

Every hop between your website and a booking confirmation costs you customers. A link out to a directory means a new domain, a new brand, an account prompt, and a page listing the three competitors nearest to you. A meaningful share of people never come back.

Booking that is part of the site has no seam to lose them at. The customer stays on your pages from first click to confirmation email, your header stays where it is, and the booking is yours rather than a platform's lead.

How it comes together

The booking system is configured during the website build, not handed to you afterwards as a job to finish.

  1. 01

    The site is designed first

Your pages, your colours, your fonts. The booking flow is drawn into that design rather than dropped on top of it, so it does not read as a box someone bolted on.

  2. 02

Your business is configured with you

One call covers your service list with real durations and prices, each staff member's hours and breaks, and whether you take a deposit, full payment, or nothing online.

  3. 03

    It goes live working

Launch day includes a booking system with your actual services in it, taking real bookings. There is no empty dashboard waiting for you to fill in.

Set up before you ever log in

  • Your service list, with real durations, prices and turnaround buffers
  • Every staff member's weekly hours, recurring breaks and days off
  • Your payment mode: deposit, full payment, or settle in person
  • Confirmation and reminder emails that read as coming from you
  • A private calendar feed each staff member subscribes to once

What if you already have a website?

There is no standalone version of Bookky to add to a site built somewhere else. It exists as part of a GCDS website package and is not sold separately.

If you already have a site, that is a conversation worth having rather than a closed door. Whether replacing it makes sense depends on what it was built on, what it costs you to run, and how much of your week the booking problem is currently taking. GCDS will tell you if the answer is no.

Six steps: service, staff, date and time, details, payment, confirmation.

Common questions

Can I add Bookky to a website I already have?

No. Bookky is not sold as a plugin or a standalone subscription. It comes as part of a Green Candle Digital Studio website package, built into the site GCDS makes for you and configured with your services and staff before it goes live. If you already have a site, talk to GCDS about what replacing it would involve.

How much does Bookky cost?

Bookky is included with Green Candle Digital Studio website packages rather than sold as a separate subscription. There is no per-booking commission and no platform fee on payments. Get in touch with GCDS for current package pricing.

How long does setup take?

A single setup call, usually the same week. GCDS configures your services, staff, opening hours and payment mode with you, and the booking flow is already part of your site build. You are not left with a blank dashboard to fill in.

What is Bookky?

Bookky is appointment booking software for service businesses. Customers pick a service, a member of staff and a time without leaving your site, then pay in full, pay a deposit, or pay in person. You manage everything from one dashboard.

Where is my data stored?

Customer and booking data is held in a UK and EU hosted Postgres database with row-level security, so one business can never read another's records. Card details never touch Bookky's servers; payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
