Session booking that fits a six-till-nine day

Personal training happens at the edges of the day. Your bookable hours are two blocks with a long dead middle, and most calendar tools make that awkward to express.

Two blocks, one day

Set a morning block and an evening block for each weekday and the middle of the day simply never appears as bookable. Add a recurring break inside a block for your own training and that closes too. Clients only ever see the times you would genuinely take.

When something changes for one day only, an exception handles it in either direction. Close a Thursday evening for a course, or open an extra Sunday morning that is not part of your normal week.

Common questions

How do I handle holidays and sick days?

Set regular weekly hours once, then add one-off exceptions on top. Exceptions work in both directions: block a day for holiday, illness or training, or open an extra shift beyond the normal schedule. The available slots update immediately.

Does it sync with my calendar?

Every staff member gets a private iCal feed URL. Subscribe to it once in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook and confirmed bookings appear automatically and stay up to date. There is nothing to re-import.

Can one service have different lengths and prices?

Yes. Every service can carry variants, each with its own duration, price and deposit. The customer picks the service first, then the length, and availability is calculated against that exact duration.

Can I take a deposit instead of full payment?

Yes. Each business chooses one of three modes: full payment online, a deposit online with the balance paid in person, or no online payment at all. Deposits can be a fixed amount or a percentage, and can be set per service.

Can I add Bookky to a website I already have?

No. Bookky is not sold as a plugin or a standalone subscription. It comes as part of a Green Candle Digital Studio website package, built into the site GCDS makes for you and configured with your services and staff before it goes live. If you already have a site, talk to GCDS about what replacing it would involve.
